Not sure how, but I have a feeling that I got rid of, for now in any case, this ugly stupid garbage program betterserve which somehow attached itself to just about anything I tried on the Internet.
Unwanted ads for all sorts of products and services showed up or popped up and key words like office, Internet, computer and many others were green double underlined and if the mouse pointer landed anywhere near these words another re direct ad would pop up.
Most annoying actually and I can not understand why any advertisers would subscribe or promote this garbage.
Surely anyone treated to this would avoid buying the advertised products or services which are worse then just minor annoyances.
