More Tolle...

“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you have. Make the NOW the primary focus of your life.”

“You can only lose something that you have, but you cannot lose something that you are.”

“You find peace not by rearranging the circumstances of your life, but by realizing who you are at the deepest level.”

“Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it.”

“Anything that you resent and strongly react to in another is also in you.”

Eckhart, Mister Eckhart  Tolle, really is a spiritual guide who believes in the power of now. Now is everything. Forget the past, the future is unknown to us, just live in the moment, the now.

That which you can not explain or that which you can not name is his reference to God, the Almighty, Allah, the ever existing Universe, you name it. Actually, when you think about it even the now does not really exist. If it does or did, how can you describe or measure it. Even this moment is already gone, past.

Why is this culturally significant blog content and or age restricted?

...frankly, good question and I do not have a good answer at this time. As well, I am not interested in feedback, criticism, judgement, angry readers, happy readers and followers, in short, nada. If you get something out of it, fine and if not, just leave it alone it is that simple. Thank you. I'm sure glad I got this off my chest.

A gentle warning here:
Yoga can and will enrich your life. The practice of some of the many forms of yoga do not compete or interfere with any practised religion or beliefs as far as I can tell. However, some of the techniques, advanced postures, meditation and breathing exercises should be thought by a qualified guide, teacher, guru or they can under certain circumstances proof to be quite dangerous.
